This policy explains what information RUGGED.BET collects and how it is used. By using the service you consent to these practices.
Information we collect
- Account identifiers — the authentication ID from our login provider (e.g. linked email or social handle) and your chosen username.
- Wallet data — your generated wallet address and, in encrypted form, its key. On-chain transactions are inherently public.
- Gameplay data — bets, rounds, chat messages, and XP.
- Technical data — IP address and basic request metadata for security and rate-limiting.
How we use it
- To operate the game, settle wagers, and maintain balances.
- To power chat, leaderboards, and the XP/ranking system.
- To secure the platform and prevent abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with infrastructure providers (authentication, database, RPC) necessary to run the service, and where required by law.
Security
Wallet keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. We apply authentication, rate-limiting, and origin controls. No system is perfectly secure — safeguard your own credentials and exported keys.
Your choices
You may request deletion of your account data by contacting support@rugged.bet. Note that on-chain transactions cannot be deleted.
