Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to participate in games of chance where you reside. You may not use the service if you are located in or a resident of any restricted or prohibited jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of the service is lawful.

2. Your account & wallet

Access is via third-party authentication. On first login a non-custodial-style wallet is generated for you. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any exported private keys. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.

3. Wagering & funds

• All wagers are final once confirmed on-chain.
• Only deposit assets on the supported network. Assets sent on other networks or to incorrect addresses may be permanently lost.
• The platform charges a small fee on winning sells as disclosed in the game interface.
• You must only wager funds you can afford to lose. Crash games are high-risk and most rounds end in a loss.

4. Fair play

Rounds are provably fair: each round's outcome is committed via a cryptographic hash before play begins and the seed is revealed afterward for independent verification. See our Provably Fair page. Any attempt to exploit, automate, or manipulate the platform is prohibited and may result in termination.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from use of the service, including losses from wagering, network failures, or smart-contract behavior.

6. Changes
